“Air quality within the construction quality assurance law”
Tuesday, 8 September 15:00-16:00
Webinar content
With the advent of the Building Quality Assurance Act and the ventilation recognition regulation, clients have a stronger position vis-à-vis contractors. Contractors will have to inform their clients better about the building quality they deliver. As a result, more attention is likely to be paid to monitoring the integral performance of air installations in homes. What does this mean for the construction and installation sector? Are 100% performance measurements necessary and if so, how can we organise and implement them affordably?
In the webinar “Air Quality within the Building Quality Assurance Act” on 8 September, we will address the above questions and the results of the “SecureVent” and “NewCom” projects, which are seamlessly linked to them. In the TKI project “SecureVent”, the partners TNO, ACIN, FME-VLA and Techniek Nederland have developed simple measuring instruments and protocols for quickly determining the integral performance of the air installation in homes. In the European project ‘NewCom’, ISSO and TNO, together with European partners including the Austrian Energy Agency, have developed training modules for the installation industry to improve the overall performance of domestic air installations.
