The Rotronic HVAC sensors (Standard probes) supplied by ACIN instruments can be used in many different indoor and outdoor applications due to the accuracy of ±0.8%RV and the large temperature range between -50°C and 100°C.

  • The Rotronic HC2A-S is Rotronic’s most versatile sensor, measuring relative humidity, temperature and calculating the dew point if necessary. Due to its excellent specifications, this sensor is ideally suited to HVAC applications in the food industry, paper and textile industry, pharmaceutical industry, but also in hospitals, archives and laboratories, etc.
  • The Rotronic HC2A-SH is actually the HC2A-S but with better accuracy. Where the HC2A-S has an accuracy of ±0,8%RV, the HC2A-SH has an accuracy of ±0,5%RV. The accuracy of the temperature is the same for both sensors, namely ±0.1°C. So where the relative humidity needs to be measured more accurately, you can use an HC2A-SH.
  • The Rotronic HC2A-S-HH has a specially developed sensor that measures excellently at elevated concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Hydrogen peroxide is used in the sterilisation of clean rooms and incubators and other equipment.
  • The Rotronic HC2A-SM is an industrial sensor that can be mounted directly on the HF5 or HF8 transmitter or used with the HP32 and HP23A handheld transmitters. The RVS316 version makes it suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical-food industry in addition to many other applications.
