ACIN Instrumenten has the products of Rotronic for measuring humidity and temperature. The wide range of RH+T sensors have in common that they are extremely accurate and very reliable and are always delivered with a calibration certificate.

Standard probes

Standard probes are exclusive to Rotronic at ACIN Instruments. They measure various elements including temperature, (relative) humidity, dew point/freeze point or even hydrogen peroxide.  As they can measure between -50°C to 100°C, they are suitable for almost any indoor or outdoor application. ACIN instruments offers the following standard probes:

• The Rotronic HC2A-SH HC2A-SH meets the highest demands when it comes to measurement accuracy. This standard sensor measures temperatures from -50°C to 100°C and is well suited to the HVAC, food, paper, textile and pharmaceutical industries.
• The Rotronic HC2A-S is Rotronic’s most versatile sensor and measures relative humidity, temperature and dew point/freeze. It is also well suited to the HVAC, food, paper, textile and pharmaceutical industries.
• The Rotronic HC2A-S-HH is specially designed for measuring hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is used for sterilising cleanrooms, incubators and other (medical) equipment. Because hydrogen peroxide kills micro-organisms, it is important that the concentration of this substance in a room is perfect. This can be measured easily and reliably with this special standard sensor.

Industrial Probes

The Rotronic industrial probes ACIN instrumenten has the following industrial sensors in its product range:

• The Rotronic HC2-ICxxx is specially designed for high temperatures in industrial environments. With this probe you can easily measure humidity, temperature and dew point. This probe is well suited for industrial production, drying processes and climate cabinets.
• The HC2-IMxxx-M has a 1/2″G or 1/2″NPT thread and is therefore not only temperature resistant from -50°C to 200°C but also pressure resistant up to 100 bar / 1450 PSI. This makes it especially suitable for demanding industrial environments and applications where hygiene plays an important role.
• The HC2-IExxx-M is a metal industrial sensor which can withstand temperatures from -100°C to 200°C. This probe is suitable for the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, drying processes and industrial production processes.

Handheld probes

In the field of Handheld probes, ACIN instruments offers one sword sensor and two insertion sensors. Thus we have hand-held sensors for various materials and purposes.

• The Rotronic-hc2-hpxx is a plug-in probe and is available in 280 mm and 500 mm versions. This hand-held probe is especially suitable for measurements in dusty goods like sugar, flour etc.
• The Rotronic-hc2-p05 is a plug-in sensor which, with a plug-in sensor of only ø5 x 200 mm, is specially designed for measurements in materials that must not have large holes.
• The Rotronic-hc2-hsxx is a sword gauge that, due to its flat insertion sensor, is perfect for measuring in stacks of paper or textiles, for example, without unintentionally shifting or disturbing the stack.
